By accessing or using the services provided by Miller Pathways ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and any associated coaching platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Miller Pathways provides career preparation services tailored for technology professionals. These services may include, but are not limited to, resume and LinkedIn profile optimization, behavioral interview preparation, and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) technical coaching. Services are delivered digitally via secure dashboards, video conferencing, and email by our network of contracted expert coaches.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

Our services are purely educational and advisory. Miller Pathways does not guarantee job placement, employment offers, or the maintenance of any visa status (including F-1, OPT, or H-1B). The success of your job search depends entirely on your individual effort, market conditions, and employer discretion. We are not a recruiting agency and we do not sponsor work visas.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees for our services are listed transparently on our website and are payable upfront.

• Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card information.
• Refund Policy: Because our services require the immediate allocation of expert time and resources, all sales are generally final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 3 days of your first session, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your education, work history, and visa status.
• Attend scheduled mock interviews and coaching sessions on time. Rescheduling requires a 24-hour notice; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.
• Interact with our coaching staff respectfully and professionally.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, DSA study guides, and coaching frameworks provided to you by Miller Pathways are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, sell, or publicly post our proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Miller Pathways and its owners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including lost wages or missed employment opportunities.
